Mental Gaming is coordinated by MIELI Mental Health Finland. Mental Gaming offers a place to chat in and various activities for youth on its Discord server Sekasin. It is the biggest Finnish online platform in Discord that offers help from social service specialists and peer support. The server offers low threshold help for its members since in Discord you can totally be anonymous. Our server is online 24/7 and actively moderated. Our mission is that every youngster has a chance for a community to belong to where you will be seen, heard, appreciated, and valued. Our goals are following: no one is left alone in our community and we aim to reduce loneliness amongst youth in Finland and prevent social exclusion.
