Rosemary worked for twenty years in Information Technology, rising to senior management in Marketing and Sales. After a change of career, she retrained as a secondary school teacher and worked in a hospital inpatient setting with adolescents. Over the last five years, she drew on her previous experience in management to start giving engaging workshops in LGBT+ diversity, including transgender inclusion, as well as consultancy and training for LGBT+allies.
