I am the Digital Lead for Children's mental health services in Essex as well as the founder and Clinical Nurse specialist of Digital Mentality. I qualified as a mental health nurse in 2012 and have worked in camhs throughout that time. I am the 2014 nursing times rising star nurse of the year winner. I am a specialist in parenting intervention in conduct disorders, adhd and difficult to manage behaviour as well as the co-founder of My Mind, a digital development for young peoples mental health. I am the winner of the 2017 Nursing Times award for technology in nursing.
