Harry Nguyen is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing Science, University of Glasgow, Singapore. He holds a PhD in Information Systems and Analytics from the National University of Singapore. Harry develops technological innovations to transform people’s lives with artificial intelligence and mobile computing. He has been working large-scale research projects to optimise healthcare for patients with chronic diseases such as bipolar disorders, congestive heart failure, and diabetes mellitus. In collaboration with healthcare professionals worldwide, his research interest is to integrate human values and preferences, up-to-date clinical knowledge, and state-of-the-art computing systems for optimal well-being of people. Dr Nguyen has received several awards for his work including the Herbert A. Simon Award for the best design research paper and Innovation & Entrepreneurship Award for his work in digital health.
